No transactions on this website

This website does not sell products. No cart, checkout, subscription or payment is processed here. When the Offbeat store launches, all shopping, ordering and payment will happen on our Shopify store, which will have its own terms and conditions.

Content and intellectual property

All illustrations, artwork, T-shirt designs, product codes, copy and the Offbeat brand marks belong to their respective owners and are used under licence by Vastraya Fashions Private Limited. Please do not reproduce them without permission. Story articles on Loose Threads are ours to publish; feel free to share links, not copies.

Acceptable use

Use the site normally. Don't try to break it, scrape it in bulk, or impersonate us. If something is broken, tell us; we would rather fix it than argue.

References to the past

References to Offbeat's earlier outlets, customers and associations relate to the brand's previous operating period and do not imply current partnerships or endorsements.

Changes

We may update these terms as the site evolves; especially when the Shopify store launches. Updates take effect when posted here.
